INTERNSHIP APPLICATION
Please complete the form to apply for an internship position with us.
This internship program is primarily remote, with optional opportunities for interns to engage in community outreach and their local networking as part of their educational experience.
Internship Structure & Supervision
All interns work under direct supervision and guidance from Kickstart marketing leaders and program mentors. Interns receive ongoing feedback, support, and professional mentorship throughout the program. Work is structured to encourage critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world application rather than task-only assignments.
Interns participate in mandatory virtual meetings 1 time per week, which include progress updates, strategy discussions, feedback sessions, and collaborative reviews. These meetings are designed to support learning, accountability, and professional development.
Internship Duration
Internship placements are typically offered for a minimum of 8 to14 weeks or one academic term. Duration and total hours may vary based on academic requirements and program availability.
Weekly Time Commitment
Internships are part-time and typically require 5–10 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible and designed to accommodate academic commitments.
Academic Credit
Internship hours may be eligible for academic credit when approved by the intern’s academic institution. Credit requirements vary by school. Summer internships may also qualify for three academic credits, even with a shorter term, as long as total hour requirements are met. Kickstart structures internships to support approximately 120–150 total hours for three credits through adjusted weekly commitments.
When funding allows, interns may receive a completion-based stipend.
